These Terms and Conditions govern membership of The Convivio Dining Club and the use of its services and events.

By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership

The Convivio Dining Club is a private membership-based dining community. Membership is by application and approval only.

Membership commences upon receipt of the first monthly membership payment and is subject to an initial minimum commitment period of three months.

2. Membership Fees

Membership of The Convivio Dining Club is offered on a subscription basis at a fee of £60 per month, payable in advance by recurring payment.

A minimum initial membership period of three months applies to all new members. Following this initial period, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where otherwise agreed by The Convivio Dining Club or where required by law.

3. Dining Charges

Membership fees cover access to and participation in Convivio Table events, together with invitations to member-only special salons, dinners and seasonal events, where offered.

The cost of food, beverages and any additional items ordered at a Convivio Table event are not included in the membership fee and are payable separately by each member directly to the restaurant or venue.

To ensure a relaxed and seamless dining experience from start to finish, The Convivio Dining Club works with its restaurant partners to arrange for guests to be billed individually wherever possible, avoiding the need for members to divide or calculate shared bills at the table.

Members remain responsible for settling their own bill at each event, including any applicable service charges.

4. Cancellation

Following the initial three-month membership period, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

Members may cancel their membership at any time after the initial three-month period by giving notice to The Convivio Dining Club. Cancellation requests should be sent to membership@theconviviodiningclub.com

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and membership benefits will continue until the end of the applicable billing period.

The Convivio Dining Club reserves the right to terminate membership where a member breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in behaviour inconsistent with the values and ethos of the Club.

5. Events & Attendance

Membership includes an invitation to one Convivio Table lunch event each month. The Convivio Dining Club will endeavour to provide members with at least two weeks' notice of upcoming events wherever possible. However, from time to time, places may become available at shorter notice as a result of cancellations or changes in attendance, and members may be offered the opportunity to attend at shorter notice.

While members are guaranteed the opportunity to attend one Convivio Table per month, attendance is optional. If a member is unable to attend a particular event, membership fees remain payable and no refunds, credits or transfers will be provided in respect of missed events.

The Convivio Dining Club reserves the right to make changes to event dates, venues or formats where necessary. Members will be notified of any material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

The Convivio Dining Club also reserves the right to manage guest lists and seating arrangements in order to maintain the curated and intimate nature of each gathering.

6. Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully and in a manner consistent with the ethos of The Convivio Dining Club.

The Convivo Dining Club reserves the right to refuse entry to an event or terminate membership where a member's conduct is considered inappropriate or inconsistent with those values.

7. Changes

The Convivio Dining Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to modify event details (including venue, timing or format) where necessary. Members will be informed of any material changes.
